Kings Heath Pet Centre is a family run business that has been based upon a love for domestic animals. All staff are qualified or training in animal welfare and specialise in all main animal groups, their aim is to give a personal shopping experience to every customer.

The store has moved from strength to strength over the last 4 years and has recently moved to a larger premises within the Kings Heath Area. A pet store has been achieved that is not only competitive with larger chain stores but has managed to keep the essence of a small family business. Owner Gary says ‘the aim of the store was to create a natural environment where people can come visit the animals and share their loves and experiences for them’.

The shop now supplies most specialist products off the shelf in store and is an essential visit for breeders and other enthusiasts, carrying one of the largest accessory and food ranges in Birmingham.

Over the next year the staff intend to maximise the indoor space with plans to increase their aquatic and reptile areas which already carry a large range of animals and accessories within the store.
